The Settlement has been reached on behalf of a proposed Class, defined as: all current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant within the State of California at any time during the period covering December 26, 2015 through March 19, 2021 (collectively referred to as “Class” and individually as “Class Member”).
